How to remove lipsense without remover?

You can remove Lipsense without the remover. One option is Witch Hazel- you can find this at your grocery store, drug store, or Walmart/Target. You can find it near the Alcohol/Hydrogen Peroxide. 

Another option is a Neutragena soap bar - or any other glycerin based remover.

Blu Red or Fly Girl?

What color Lipsense is bright red? If you are searching the internet looking for that BRIGHT red color that lasts.... let me educate you.

I prefer Fly Girl as my go-to red color however most of my customers prefer the Blu Red. See comparison below:

I have a light skin tone and dark hair so I prefer a bit darker of a bright red- in my opinion the Fly Girl is very similar in color to the Blu Red but a shade darker. 

I have not personally tried Crimson Red- but it is a hot seller.

Do I need to use the Lipsense Gloss?

Do you really need to buy that $20 gloss? Let me analyze-

Yes, you can use another gloss. Will your color last as long? No. Other glosses can deteriorate the lipsense color. The Lipsense gloss is really permeable and will hydrate the lips through the gloss. It contains Shea butter and Vitamin E.

Lipsense gloss is not "tacky" or "stickie"which is a plus on my book.

Some tips on applying Lipsense Gloss:

- Apply regularly- the more your lips get used to the Lipsense routine the less they will need the gloss

- Apply BEFORE eating- this will provide a barrier between the oils in your foods and the color.

- Pick the right gloss. I am personally not a fan of "shiny" lips. Glossy gloss is not your only option- there are more! I prefer the Matte gloss but there are many options! See pic. Please note- when you first start the Lipsense regiment start with the Glossy Gloss to keep your lips as hydrates as possible.

I personally also love the peal and the opal. The pearl creates a shine that isnt "glossy" looking. The opal almost looks like an opal on your lips. Love it!

Do I need Oops remover that comes in the Lipsense starter kit?

You might ask yourself- do I really need to spend $10 on Lipsense Oops remover? The short and narrow- no you don't NEED to buy it- you can most likely take the color off with a Neutragena bar soap but it will take a little work. And who wants to carry around a bar of soap?

Oops remover is alcohol- free and comes in a convienent tube like your gloss and color. 

If you are a fan of reds and dark colors Oops is a must. 

I will be real, I am a super klutz. I once dropped my Fly Girl wand on my new black and white Lularoe Carly on a Saturday morning right as I was headed out the door. I will be real, I didn't have high hopes on the remover working directly on my clothes but hey! it worked. :) Was super impressed...I also will for now on carry Oops on my dark lip days. 

Another way I use the Oops- when I am changing my colors for the day. I am lazy and when I perfect a red lip I usually don't like to remove it- but there are some evenings where red just doesn't match my coral dress.
